"This school has undergone tremendous growth in the number of families moving to the area. The population has increased by 300 students since this initial report was completed in 2004. The school is in its fifth year and continues to make great strides in all academic areas while decreasing discipline issues school-wide. The teachers are dedicated to making a difference and go above and beyond with initiatives such as Differentiated Instruction, Professional Learning Communities, and collaborative efforts of all kinds. The atmosphere at the school is one of "family" and the school personnel have programs of outreach into the community it serves. The community is made up of many migrant families and is a high population of low socio economic status households."
