"I am a former student of Hicksville Middle School having attended nearly 10 years ago. I have been aware of the happenings at HMS in recent years and am dissapointed in what has happened to a school that was not great to begin with. The violence has increased,the test scores have decreased significantly and the teachers have lost general control of the classroom. This school desperately needs true leadership. The students coming out of Hicksville Middle School are significantly behind in comparison to neighboring towns."

"I am a parent and my child attends this school, this place is a mess. The kids there have no morals and if you want your child to grow up to be an excellent student make sure he/she do not associate with students there or attend a different school."
